I was pretty stoked to find this tape at the dig. It has a few 10 minutes of local news on it from the 90's.. ya, that sounds weird but at the time that this was taped I had a massive crush on local newscaster Leslie Griffith and was super stoked to see that the news that day was a Leslie episode!
True story, I sent Leslie a note once and she sent me an autographed picture. I have it hanging out in the garage even today. Fun fact, I was in my 20's at the time.. I was weird.
Dennis Richmond was the head dude on the telecast. He's a local legend. Lost the gig when he got a case of hiccups after a family tragedy and they never went away.. It's a pretty sad tale.
