Man, I used to love this movie as a kid. Hadn't thought about it in years when I found the VHS tape at the Flea the other week...
Have you seen it? It's pretty wild. It's about a cop who gets crazy super powers after being exposed to a nuclear explosion. He literally gets a bomb dropped on his head and becomes SUPER FUZZ! It's pretty funny. Check it out if you ever see it anywhere....
